The MPTF series titanium alloy fans are designed for high-temperature and highly corrosive environments, constructed using TA2 or TA9 titanium alloys.
TA2 Titanium Alloy: Offers good corrosion resistance and moderate strength, suitable for various industrial applications.
TA9 Titanium Alloy: Enhanced with 0.12%–0.25% palladium (Pd), significantly improving corrosion resistance in strong acidic environments, especially in hydrochloric and sulfuric acids.
Design Features
High-Temperature Resistance: Capable of continuous operation in environments up to 315°C, suitable for high-temperature processes.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Performs exceptionally in various corrosive media, particularly in chloride-containing and reducing acidic environments.
Optimized Structure: Compact fan design with impellers and casings made of titanium alloy, ensuring long-term stable operation.
Multiple Drive Options: Available in direct-drive, belt-drive, or coupling configurations based on requirements.
